民族传统体育文化是我国民族文化的重要组成部分,作为一种文化活动与文化符号,其蕴含着民族特有的价值认同、民族精神、生产生活方式,是人类智慧的结晶。保护与传承民族传统体育文化有助于民族文化大繁荣。然而,生存环境的改变与农村社会结构的变迁等因素的影响,导致民族传统体育文化出现了传承危机,甚至出现断层现象。因此,文章分析民族传统体育文化的传承特点和传承危机,提出民族传统体育文化的传承策略,为保护与传承民族传统体育文化提供参考。

National traditional sports culture is an important part of Chinese national culture. As a cultural activity and cultural symbol, it contains the unique value identification, national spirit as well as production and life style of the nation. It is the essence of human wisdom. Protecting and inheriting the traditional sports culture of the nation contributes to the prosperity of the national culture. However, under the impact of changes in the living environment and rural social structure, crisis of national traditional sports culture inheritance emerges. Therefore, the paper analyzes the inheritance characteristics, discusses the inheritance crisis, proposes the inheritance strategy and provides reference for the protection and inheritance of national traditional sports culture.
