Originated from the field of philosophy, metaphysics and physics are also revealed in translated works. Physics in translation is something specific on how to translate words and sentences and what kind of translation strategy should be applied, while metaphysics in translation is something abstract, which is reflected by Dao and the attitude that the translators hold towards culture. In XV Yuan-chong's version of The Mourning Day, the translation of images and verbs as well as rhymes and length of each line is a demonstration of physics in translation. For another thing, law obedience and the cultural confidence unveiled through specific aspects are signs of metaphysics in translation.
