大学生生活事件、人格特质与房屋意象特征关系研究

Relationship Research on College Students' Life Events,Personality Traits and Housing Images

目的:探讨生活事件和人格特质对房屋意象特征的影响,为改善大学生心理健康状况提供参考。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表(Adolescent self-Rating Life Events Check List ASLEC)、艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality QuestionnaireEPQ)和自编房屋意象特征问卷随机整群对重庆市某师范学院190名大三学生进行问卷调查,运用Pearson相关、最优尺度回归(optimal scaling)、卡方检验分析生活事件、人格特质与房屋意象特征的关联及分布规律。结果:生活事件、人格特质与房屋意象特征均呈低相关,相关不显著(p>0.05);最优尺度回归表明,生活事件、人格特质对房屋意象特征没有显著预测作用(p>0.05)。进一步分析表明:不同生活事件的房屋意象特征差异显著(p<0.05),但不论每种生活事件影响度如何,所对应的房屋意象特征均有向某一特征的某一品质集中的趋势;不同人格特质类型的房屋意象特征差异显著(p<0.05),但不同人格特质类型所对应的房屋意象特征也同样有向某一特征的某一品质集中的趋势。结论:临床心理咨询中所观察到生活事件、人格类型对房屋意象特征的影响与通过问卷调查结果不一致。青少年生活事件量表所列举的生活事件以及人格特质类型对房屋意象特征均没有达到假设中的显著性影响。

Objective: To explore the influence of life events and personality traits on housing image characteristics, and to provide reference for improving college students’ mental health. Methods: 190 junior college students from some normal university in Chongqing were investigated randomly in cluster by Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and self-designed housing image characteristics questionnaire. Pearson correlation, optimal scaling and Chi-square test were used to analyze the correlation and distribution of life events, personality traits and house image characteristics. Result: Life events and personality traits are not significantly correlated with house image characteristics(p > 0.05). Optimal scale regression showed that life events and personality traits have no significant predictive effect on house image characteristics(p > 0.05). Further analysis shows that there are significant differences in housing image characteristics among different life events(p < 0.05), but no matter how influential each life event is, the corresponding housing image characteristics tend to concentrate on a certain quality of a certain characteristic;there are significant differences in housing image characteristics among different personality traits(p < 0.05), but the housing image characteristics corresponding to different personality traits are different. There is also a tendency to concentrate on a certain quality of a particular feature.Conclusion: The influence of life events and personality types on house image characteristics observed in clinical psychological counseling is inconsistent with the results of questionnaires. The life events and personality types listed in the Adolescent Life Event Scale has no significant impact on the housing image characteristics as expected.
