炼铁流程硫解析及降低硫质量分数措施分析 被引量:6

Sulfur analysis and measures for reducing sulfur in ironmaking process of Shougang Jingtang

摘要 为降低京唐烟气硫排放及解决铁水中硫质量分数偏高的问题,通过计算分析京唐烧结工序、球团工序、高炉工序硫平衡,得到烧结硫负荷来源权重最大为混匀矿,约占带入硫总量的43%(质量分数);球团硫负荷来源权重最大为矿粉,占带入硫总量的98%;高炉硫负荷来源权重最大为燃料,占带入硫总量的94%。根据对每道工序硫分布情况的详尽分析,得到降低京唐烧结、球团、高炉废气及铁水中硫质量分数措施,即减少高硫矿粉(如秘鲁粉、自产加工粉等)的配比和降低燃料中硫质量分数,同时应进一步提高高炉碱度与铁水温度。 By the calculation and the analysis of the sulfur balance in the sintering,the pelletizing,the blast furnace process in Shougang Jingtang,the following conclusions are found. The maximum mass of the sulfur load of sinter is the mixed ore,accounting for about 43% of the total sulfur content,and the maximum mass of the sulfur load of the pellet is ore powder,accounting for up to 98% of the total sulfur content,and the maximum mass of the sulfur load of the blast furnace is fuel,accounting for up to 94% of the total sulfur content. By analyzing the sulfur distribution in each process,the measures for reducing the sulfur content of waste gas in the sintering,the pelletizing,the blast furnace process are obtained,which is reducing the ratio of high sulfur content ore powder(such as Peru powder,self produced powder etc)and reducing the sulfur content in the fuel. At the same time,the alkalinity and the temperature of the hot metal should be further improved.
