AZ91D铸造镁合金微弧氧化/化学镀镍层与基体间界面结合研究

Study on the Interface between Micro-arc Oxidation/Electroless Nickel Plating Layer and Matrix of AZ91D Cast Magnesium Alloy

摘要 以AZ91D铸造镁合金为研究对象,对镁合金进行微弧氧化/化学镀镍进行处理获得了优良的复合镀层,试验分别测试了复合镀层的相组成、沉积速率和结合力。结果表明:随着Ni2+/H2PO2-比值的减小,复合镀层的非晶态结构越来越明显,当Ni2+/H2PO2-比值大约为2.7时,复合镀层沉积速率最大;当Ni2+/H2PO2-比值为1时,复合镀层与基体间结合力最大,而比值为0.5时,二者间结合力最小。 The AZ91 D cast magnesium alloy is taken as the object of research, and the micro-arc oxidation/electroless nickel plating of magnesium alloy is processed to obtain excellent composite coating. The phase composition, deposition rate and bonding force of the composite coating are tested respectively. The results show that when the ratio of Ni^2+/H2PO2^-decreases, the amorphous structure of the composite coating becomes more and more obvious. When the Ni^2+/H2PO2^-ratio is about 2.7, the composite coating has the highest deposition rate. When the ratio of Ni^2+/H2PO2^-is 1, the bonding force between the composite coating and the matrix is maximum, while the ratio is 0.5, the bonding force is minimum.
