关于电梯制动器检测开关的研究

Research on Detection Switches of Elevator Brake

电梯制动器是重要的安全装置,是保证电梯安全运行的重要因素之一。制动器检测开关用于检测制动器动作状态,保障制动器的可靠性。在实际的电梯安装、保养、使用过程中制动器检测开关故障率较高,存在一定缺陷。本文以检验中发现的制动器检测开关各类典型故障和由此产生的风险为出发点展开讨论,提出了一种新型的制动器检测开关以有效降低故障率,杜绝安全隐患。

Elevator brake is an important safety comp on ent and one of the most importa nt factors to ensure elevator safety and reliability.The brake detection switch is used to monitor the operation state of the brake and to ensure the reliability of brake. In the actual installation, maintenance and use of the elevator, the failure rate of brake detection switch is high and there are some defects. In this paper, the typical faults and safety risks of the brake detection switch found in the inspection are discussed. A new type of brake detection switch is proposed to effectively reduce the failure rate and eliminate potential safety hazards.
