由“凡刺之”浅谈《黄帝内经》的刺法思想

Needling Methods in Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor: Based on the Term “Fancizhi”(凡刺之)

"凡刺之"一词在《黄帝内经》中出现15次,其中《素问》出现4次,《灵枢》出现11次。凡,有凡是、一切之意。"凡刺之"后接的名词分别是"理""法""道""方""术""真""要""属""禁""害",这些条文论述的均是与针刺治疗密切相关的纲领提要性内容,散见于各篇之中。试对这些条文进行分类总结,使之条理化、系统化,并逐一进行分析,探求其内涵,以揭示《黄帝内经》的刺法治疗思想,为针刺治疗提供指导和理论依据。

There are 15 times of occurrence of the term"Fancizhi"(all of the needling)in the Chinese medicine classic Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor,in which there are 4 times in Suwen(Plain Questions)and 11 times in Lingshu(Spiritual Pivot)separately.The word"fan"means"all"in the term above,and the proclitic words of the term in the whole book are"li"(theory),"fa"(principle),"dao"(way),"fang"(method),"shu"(means),"zhen"(truth),"yao"(key),"zhu"(concern),"jin"(prohibition),and"hai"(harm),which are of great importance and separated in the contents about acupuncture in Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor.To recognize the theories about acupuncture in it,this study has categorized the related contexts and analyzed them in sequence,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical application of acupuncture.
