摘要
中医引经理论是中医学理论的重要内容,引经药可以引导与之同用的其他药物达于病所而提高疗效。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)存在于骨髓中,具有高度自我更新能力和自我复制能力,并可多向分化。通过分析骨髓间充质干细胞与磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B (Akt)、MCP-1/CCR2、SDF-1/CX-CR4、MAPK/ERK1/2信号通路间的关联性与转导性,探讨引经药促进骨髓间充质干细胞迁移的机制。
Chinese medicine channel ushering theory is an important content in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The channel ushering drugs can guide other drugs to reach the disease location and improve the curative effect.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)are present in the bone marrow and have a high degree of selfrenewal and self-replication ability,and can be multi-directionally differentiated.Through analyzing the relationship and transduction between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and PI3 K/AKT,MCP-1/CCR2,SDF-1/CXCR4,MAPK/ERK1/2,PKC signaling pathways,this paper discussed the action of promoting the migration of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells by channel ushering drug.
