超大型集装箱船绑扎桥数值模拟及结构优化 被引量:5

摘要 对21 000 TEU超大型集装箱船绑扎桥进行数值模拟,基于规范校核其强度和刚度,计算结果满足规范要求。归纳极端工况下结构中的高应力区域,并给出相应的结构设计优化建议。通过大量模型计算不同剪力墙布置型式下绑扎桥的横向刚度,结果表明,当剪力墙为5片集中型布置时,绑扎桥的刚度和经济性达到最佳。相关计算及分析结论可供绑扎桥的初步设计使用。 The numerical simulation of the 21000 TEU ULCS lashing bridge is carried out. The strength and stiffness are checked based on the specifications, and the calculation results meet the requirements of the specification. The high-stress regions in the structure under extreme working conditions are summarized, and the corresponding design optimization suggestions are given. The transverse stiffness of the lashing bridges under different shear wall layouts is calculated by using a large number of models. The results show that the stiffness and economic performance of the lashing bridge are optimal when the shear wall is arranged in type of "2-1-2". The relevant calculation methods and analysis conclusions can be used for the preliminary design of the lashing bridge.
