双笼转子高压隔爆磨煤机电机电磁性能计算与分析

摘要 针对传统路法在定量分析电机电磁性能时表现出的狭隘性特点,以一台315 kW、10 000 V双笼转子高压隔爆磨煤机电机为例,建立了场-路耦合的二维瞬态电磁场时步有限元模型,分别对电机在起动、额定运行时电机的电磁场进行了计算,分析了电机内气隙磁密、转子齿轭磁密、损耗、径向电磁力等电磁特征量。并以此为基础,计算了电机在起动、运行时的性能参数。最后,通过对电机有限元计算结果与试验结果对比,验证了计算方法。 Tradational circuit method is limited in quantitative analysis of electromagnetic performances of motor. Based on a HV flameproof double squirrel-cage mill motor,with output of 315kW and voltage of 10000V,a field-circuit coupled time-stepping FEM model,of 2-D transient electromagnetic field,is established in this paper. The electromagnetic parameters of motor are calculated during starting and rated operating,such as air-gap flux density,rotor tooth flux density,losses,and radial electromagnetic force. Fianally,by comparing FEM simulation with experimental results,this method proves its correctness,and provides theoretic basis for optimal design of HV flameproof double squirrel-cage mill motors.
