摘要
同步相量数据集中器(phasor data concentrator,PDC)是广域测量系统(wide-area monitoring systems,WAMS)中的关键部分之一,其实现组合来自多个同步相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的测量结果依据时间戳组合成单个时间同步数据流。为正确、合理地检测和评估配电网PDC功能和性能,结合配电网PDC的主要指标和测试标准,给出了一套配电网PDC的通用测试方法,讨论该测试方法的关键技术,并进一步通过由PMU装置组成的硬件测试平台和由模拟PMU软件组成的仿真测试平台来模拟各种运行环境,通过配电网PDC接入能力、延时测量和多信道融合传输测试案例证明了该测试方法的合理性。
As one of the most important blocks of wide-area monitoring systems(WAMS), Phasor Data Concentrator(PDC) is able to effectively combine measurements from multiple phasor measurement units(PMUs) into a single time-synchronized data stream based on timestamps. In order to detect and evaluate functionality and performance of PDC in a correct and complete manner, this paper combines the primary indicators and the test standards of PDC, offers a set of general test methods for PDC, and discusses the key technologies used in the test methods. In addition, various operating environments are simulated using a hardware test platform composed of multiple PMU devices and a simulator composed of analog PMU software. Effectiveness of the proposed test methodology is verified against PDC access capability, delay measurement and multi-channel fusion transmission.
