润滑工艺在热轧中的应用

摘要 介绍了热轧润滑的机理、作用、方法及热轧润滑对润滑油的特殊要求,通过降低热轧时轧棍与轧件间的摩擦系数、轧制力、减少轧扌昆消耗和储备,提高作业率、减少氧化铁皮压入,改善轧棍表面状态等措施使热轧工艺具有明显的优越性和经济效益然后以唐钢1700为例,详细分析了 1700润滑系统的运行参数、设备原理应用热轧工艺润滑后,可以降低轧棍磨损,降低轧制力,轧机主电机电流亦相应降低,实现节能降耗,同时改善带钢表面质量。 The mechanism, function and method of hot rolling lubrication and the special requirement of hot rolling lubrication for lubricating oil are introduced. By reducing friction coefficient, rolling force, reducing consumption and reserve of rolls during hot rolling, increasing operation rate, reducing iron oxide sheet pressing and improving surface condition of rolls, the hot rolling process is obvious. Advantages and economic benefits. Then, taking Tangshan Steel 1700 line as an example, the operating parameters and equipment principle of lubrication system of 1700 line are analyzed in detail. After lubrication by hot rolling process, roll wear and rolling force can be reduced, and the current of main motor of rolling mill can be reduced accordingly, so as to save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the surface quality of strip.
