摘要
通过对低碳低硅铝镇静钢生产过程中结晶器卷渣机理进行分析,提出了稳定结晶器液位、防止水口堵塞、提高保护渣的熔速、黏度以及表面张力、保证合适的浇注温度和拉速、合理的耐材烘烤制度、选用合适的振幅和频率以及采用正确的加渣捞渣操作等技术措施,取得了控制夹渣的良好效果,使铸坯夹渣率从24.16%降低到2.62%,解决了结晶器卷渣问题。
Through analysis of the mechanism of mould slag entrapment in production of low-carbon low-silicon aluminum killed steel,various of technical measures were proposed,such as stabilizing the mould level,preventing the nozzle clogging,improving melting rate,viscosity and surface tension of the mould powder,ensuring a reasonable casting temperature and casting speed,using reasonable refractory baking method,adopting appropriate amplitude and frequency and using the correct operation method,etc. After that,the excellent results were gained,and the slag entrapment rate was reduced from 24.16% to 2.62%.
