板坯连铸结晶器修复及使用监管技术探讨 被引量:4

摘要 重庆钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂的3台大型板坯连铸机,均采用直弧型连铸机,生产裂纹敏感性极强的包晶钢和坯壳易鼓肚的低碳低硅钢,2009年底投产一段时间后,相继出现过结晶器角缝夹钢、窄面鼓肚等问题,经过2009年来进行的一系列改进工作,2013年结晶器基本保持了功能精度稳定,此后一度生产规模逐渐下降,结晶器功能作用未见异常,2017年生产规模再次上升后,结晶器组装质量出现不满足大生产要求的问题,重新审视结晶器修复及监管技术成为必须。 There are 3 large vertical-arc slab casters in Chongqing iron and steel. The 3 slab castera are used to cast low carbon low silicon steel which is bulge easily and crack sensitive peritectic steel. Since production from the end of 2009,several productions had been occurred such as clamping of steel in the corner of the mold and bulging in narrow face of the mold. A series of improvements were conducted in 2009. Since 2013,the mold functioned well and the amount of production gradually decreased. In 2017,the amount of production increased,the mold assembly quality could not meet the production requirements,and re-examination of the mold repair and monitoring technology is becoming necessary.
