摘要
针对8流中间包两种不同的设备选型,结合已经投产的不同连铸机工程的实践案例,对连铸机设备组成、工艺布局、生产操作、耐材消耗以及成本和效益的不同影响,详细阐述两种选择的利与弊,并作深入对比和分析,为今后8流连铸机建设方案选择提供参考。
In relation to the influence of two diffident 8-strands tundish models on CCM equipment,casting process,operation,refractory consumption,production cost and profit,advantages and disadvantages of the two options based on the typical continuous casting projects in working were analyzed in detail. A comprehensive proposal and reference were generated in terms of 8-strands continuous casting equipment selection based on detailed analysis and thorough comparison.
