Study on Ignition Mode of 600 MW Grade Supercritical W Flame Furnace

对锅炉节油方式的选择进行对比和研究,论述了燃用无烟煤的W锅炉采用各种节油方式的可行性,同时提出了W火焰炉若采用小油枪节油方式燃烧器的改造建议。通过现有的锅炉节油方式的对比和研究,从技术、经济、运行安全方面考虑,针对燃用无烟煤的W锅炉,建议采用微油点火与大油枪联合点火的方式,并保留原燃油系统。

The selection of boiler oil saving mode is compared and studied the feasibility of adopting various oil saving methods for W boiler burning anthracite is discussed,and some suggestions for improvement of burners are put forward if W flame furnace uses oil saving gun.Through the comparison and research of oil saving methods on existing boilers,from the consideration of technology,economy and operation,for W boiler burning anthracite,this paper recommends the use of micro oil ignition combined with big oil gun,and to retain the original fuel system.
