摘要
借助热模拟试验机、物理化学相分析与透射电镜(TEM)等分析手段研究了含铌钢中铌的应变诱导析出行为,并探讨了应变诱导析出与总析出的关系。结果表明,其他条件不变时,析出相的含量随着变形温度的升高而减少,随着弛豫时间的延长而增加;此外,应变诱导析出并非总析出,若要准确计算和分析应变诱导析出,就必须从总析出中扣除温度变化引起的析出,由此得到的应变诱导析出规律才更为真实。
The behavior of the strain-induced precipitation of Nb in steel containing Nb was studied by means of thermal simulation tester,physical-chemical phase analysis and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the relationship between the strain-induced precipitation and the total precipitation was discussed.The results showed that when the other conditions were unchanged,the content of the precipitated phase decreased with the increase of the deformation temperature,and increased with the relaxation time.In addition,the strain-induced precipitation was not the total amount of precipitation.In order to accurately calculate and analyze the strain-induced precipitation,it was necessary to deduct the precipitation caused by the temperature change from the total amount of precipitation,so that the strain-induced precipitation law was more realistic.
