改良下肢运动操预防颅内动脉瘤手术患者下肢DVT的效果

Effects of the modified lower extremity exercise on preventing postoperative DVT for patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery

目的探讨应用自行设计的改良下肢运动操预防动脉瘤术后患者下肢DVT的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2017年1月—2018年6月北京天坛医院神经外科动脉瘤术后患者90例,按计算机随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规术后护理,观察组将改良下肢运动操应用在患者术后康复锻炼中。出院前比较两组患者下肢DVT形成情况。结果对照组患者下肢DVT发生率为53.33%(24/45),观察组DVT发生率为11.11%(5/45),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.366,P<0.01)。结论在颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期护理中,实施改良下肢运动操能有效预防下肢DVT的形成。

Objective To investigate the effect of the self-modified lower extremity exercise on preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)for patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery in the Neurosurgery Department of Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were recruited by convenience sampling method,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative nursing.While the modified lower extremity exercise was applied in the rehabilitation exercise of the patients in the observation group.DVT formation status of lower limbs was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in lower limbs was 53.33%(24/45)in the control group,and 11.11%(5/45)in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.366,P<0.01).Conclusions In the perioperative nursing of patients with intracranial aneurysms,the implementation of modified lower limb exercise can effectively prevent the formation of lower limb DVT.
