病友互助护理在肺癌根治术后患者中的应用效果

Effects of patient mutual help-oriented nursing in patients with radical resection of lung cancer

目的探讨病友互助护理对肺癌根治术后患者希望水平及主观幸福感的改善作用。方法选取浙江省宁波市鄞州人民医院2016年6月—2017年10月接受根治手术治疗的原发性肺癌患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组行术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施病友互助护理。干预前后采用Herth希望量表(HHI)、幸福度量表(MUNSH)、SDS、SAS、自制护理满意度调查问卷进行调查分析。结果干预1个月后,观察组HHI为(35.79±4.02)分、MUNSH为(42.12±4.34)分,均高于对照组;SAS(29.68±4.20)分、SDS(30.87±4.34)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者对护理满意度为97.50%,对照组为85.00%,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.307,P<0.05)。结论肺癌根治术后患者接受病友互助护理,可提高其希望水平及主观幸福感,减少负性情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of patient mutual help-oriented nursing on hope and subjective well-being of patients with radical resection of lung cancer. Methods From June 2016 to October 2017,we selected 80 primary lung cancer patients with radical resection at Ningbo Yinzhou People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province as subjects. All of the patients were divided into control group and observation group withthe method of random number table,40 cases in each group. Control group carried out postoperative routine nursing. On the basis of that in control group,observation group implemented mutual help-oriented nursing. The investigation and analysis were carried out with the Herth Hope Index(HHI),Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and the self-designed satisfaction with nursing questionnaire before and after intervention. Results One month after intervention,the scores of HHI and MUNSH were(35.79±4.02)and(42.12±4.34)respectively higher than those in control group;the scores of SAS and SDS of observation group were(29.68±4.20)and (30.87±4.34)lower than those of control group;the differences were all statistical(P < 0.01). Patients satisfaction with nursing of observation group and control group was 97.50% and 85.00% with a statistical difference(Z=4.307,P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of patient mutual help-oriented nursing in patients with radical resection of lung cancer can improve the hope and subjective well-being,reduce negative emotions and improve satisfaction with nursing which is worth to be spread.
