基于跨理论模型的健康教育对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术后患者遵医行为的影响

Effects of transtheoretical model-based health education on compliance behavior in patients receiving vitrectomy combined with silicone oil endotamponade

目的探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术后患者遵医行为的影响。方法采取便利取样法,选取2016年1—8月在北京市某三甲医院行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表将患者分为观察组65例、对照组71例。对照组接受常规的健康教育,干预组接受基于跨理论模型的健康教育。采用相关知识问卷、遵医行为调查表、视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表评价干预的效果。结果干预后两组患者相关知识问卷得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的遵医行为调查表总分及体位、复查、自我检测、坚持用药、生活习惯、保健护理维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者生存质量总分、社会活动、精神心理得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型的健康教育有助于改善玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术后患者的遵医行为。

Objective To explore the effects of transtheoretical model-based health education on compliance behavior in patients receiving vitrectomy combined with silicone oil endotamponade.Methods The patients who received vitrectomy combined with silicone oil endotamponade in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Beijing between January and August 2016 were selected by convenient sampling and divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=71)according to the random number table.Patients in the control group received conventional health education,while patients in the observation group received transtheoretical model-based health education.The relevant knowledge questionnaire,compliance behavior scale,quality of life scale for visual impairment patients were used to evaluate the effects of intervention.Results There was statistical difference in the relevant knowledge scale score between the two groups(P<0.05);the total compliance behavior scale scores and the scores of positioning,reexamination,self-examination,adherence to medication,lifestyle,health and fitness were higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of total quality of life and social activities、mental psychology of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The transtheoretical model-based health education helps to the compliance behavior in patients receiving vitrectomy combined with silicone oil endotamponade.
