摘要
针对安钢集团冷轧有限责任公司1 550mm酸轧机组薄规格轧硬卷生产过程中存在的断带事故率高、轧制打滑、板面热划伤、带钢碎边浪、带钢表面残留乳化液斑等问题,对生产工艺进行了优化,使0.4mm以下薄规格产品断带率由1.47%下降到0.68%,成材率由96.1%提升到了96.5%,吨钢轧辊消耗也由0.49kg下降到了0.36kg。
Aimed at the problem of strip breakage,rolling slip,hot scratch,strip broken edge wave and emulsion spot in the thin gauge strip rolling in Anyang Iron and Steel Group Cold Rolling Co.,Ltd.,the rolling process was optimized,and now the strip breakage rate was reduced from 1.47 percent to 0.68 percent for thin strip with the thickness less than 0.4 mm,the yield was increased from 96.1 percent to 96.5 percent,the roll consumption per ton steel was decreased from 0.49 kg to 0.36 kg.
