摘要
液压辊缝控制系统(HGC)是单机架冷轧机带钢厚度控制的关键环节,但随着工况的变化,HGC系统多次发生振动,在对HGC控制系统展开研究的基础上,从系统背压、位置闭环控制的角度提出了优化改进措施,有效解决了轧机振动的问题。
Hydraulic roll gap control system(HGC)is the key link of the strip thickness control for single stand cold rolling mill.But with the change of working conditions,the HGC system vibrated many times.Based on the analysis on HGC control system,optimization and improvement measures about the back pressure and position closed-loop control were put forward,and this problem was solved.
