丙戊酸钠缓释片联合拉莫三嗪片治疗癫痫的疗效

Efficacy of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and lamotrigine tablets in the treatment of epilepsy

目的观察癫痫应用丙戊酸钠缓释片与拉莫三嗪片联合治疗的效果。方法选择2017年4月-2018年6月高唐县人民医院收治的122例癫痫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各61例,观察组采用丙戊酸钠缓释片联合拉莫三嗪片治疗,对照组采用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组MMSE评分,Hcy、IL-6、hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、MMSE评分高于对照组,Hcy、IL-6、hs-CRP水平,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癫痫治疗中,丙戊酸钠缓释片与拉莫三嗪片联用可提高治疗效果,有效控制患者病情,改善其预后情况。

Objective To observe effect of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and lamotrigine tablets in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods 122 epilepsy patients admitted to Gaotang Country People’s Hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 61 cases in each group.The observation group were given sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and lamotrigine tablets,the control group was given sodium valproate sustained-release tablets.The clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE scores,Hcy,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of Hcy,IL-6 and hs-CRP were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of epilepsy,the combination of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and lamotrigine tablets can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively control the patient’s condition and improve the prognosis.
