烧伤慢性创面护理新进展

New progress in chronic wound care for burns

本研究分别基于烧伤慢性创面形成理论、烧伤慢性创面敷料选择、烧伤慢性创面治疗及护理这三个层面进行系统的分析,详细综述了最近几年国内外烧伤慢性创面护理进展的具体状况,提出现阶段有关烧伤慢性创面护理方面还存在诸多问题,还需要进行更为深入的研究。针对烧伤慢性创面所进行的治疗及护理,必须要严格按照"伤口床准备"的基本原则,选择系统性的方案进行治疗及护理。烧伤慢性创面分为可愈合性、维持性和不可愈合性。对于烧伤慢性创面患者要加强自我管理和社会心理干预,近年来高层次护理人员数量的持续增长,再加上循证护理的进一步发展,对于烧伤慢性创面所进行的护理方案则会越来越完善、科学。护士是优质护理服务的根本,对护士进行结构化培训,提高对烧伤慢性创面护理,改善患者的生活质量是非常重要的。

Based on the theory of chronic burn wound formation,dressing selection,treatment and nursing of chronic burn wound,this study systematically reviewed the progress of nursing care of chronic burn wound at home and abroad in recent years,and pointed out that there were still many problems in the nursing care of chronic burn wound at the emergence stage,and more in-depth research was needed.For the treatment and nursing of chronic burn wounds,we must strictly follow the basic principle of"wound bed preparation"and choose a systematic plan for treatment and nursing.Chronic burn wounds can be divided into healable,maintainable and non-healable.For burn patients with chronic wounds,self-management and psychosocial intervention should be strengthened.In recent years,the number of high-level nursing staff continues to increase,and with the further development of evidence-based nursing,the nursing plan for burn patients with chronic wounds will be more and more perfect and scientific.Nurses are the foundation of high-quality nursing service.It is very important to carry out structured training for nurses,improve the nursing of chronic burn wounds and improve the quality of life of patients.
