年轻外科医师乳腺癌改良根治术培训模式探索

Exploration of training mode for young surgeons with modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer

虽然乳腺癌综合治疗不断进步,但手术治疗在综合治疗中仍然占有重要的地位。年轻乳腺外科医生接受规范的手术培训,掌握乳腺癌改良根治术的适应证、手术操作技巧,同时减少并发症,缩短学习曲线,均已成为目前乳腺外科尤其是基层医院需要面对的实际问题。乳腺外科医生成长曲线的长短与培训模式直接相关。年轻医师手术机会少是一个客观因素但不是决定性因素。大多年轻医师寄希望于向名师学习,但是乳腺外科名师人数有限,名师的时间、精力更有限,因此总结制订一套规范的培训模式由专业人员指导考核显得至关重要。培训模式分为理论学习、基本功练习、手术带教、手术考核四个部分。

Although the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer continues to advance,surgical treatment still plays an important role in comprehensive treatment.Young breast surgeons receive standardized surgical training,master the indications and surgical techniques of modified radical mastectomy,reduce complications,and shorten the learning curve.These have become a practical problem for breast surgery,especially for primary hospitals.The length of the breast surgeon’s growth curve is directly related to the training model.The less chance of surgery for young physicians is an objective factor but not a decisive factor.Most young physicians hope to learn from famous teachers,but the number of famous breast surgery teachers is limited,and the time and energy of famous teachers are more limited.Therefore,it is very important to summarize and develop a set of standardized training modes.The training mode is divided into four parts:theoretical study,basic practice,surgical teaching,and surgical assessment.
