多替拉韦相关用药方案用于艾滋病抗病毒治疗的临床进展与经济性研究

Current status of clinicaland economic studies of antiviral treatment with Dolutegravir for HIV infection

抗病毒治疗将艾滋病由一种致死性疾病变成为一种可治疗、难治愈的慢性疾病。多替拉韦(DTG)作为一种用于1型艾滋病病毒治疗的新型整合酶抑制剂,于2013年在美国获批,其单药及复合片剂多替阿巴拉米片分别于2015年和2017年获批进入中国市场。本文对DTG相关用药方案在艾滋病抗病毒治疗中的临床研究与经济性研究进行分析,旨在为接下来该药物在中国国内的学术研究、临床推广等工作提供参考。

Antiviral treatment turns AIDS from a rapidly lethal disease into a chronic manageable disease.As a kind of integrase inhibitor for HIV-1,Dolutegravir(DTG)was approved in the U.S.in 2013.The single tablet and the compound tablet TRIUMEQwas approved to enter the Chinese market in 2015 and in 2017,respectively.This article summarizes the clinical and economic research of antiviral treatment with Dolutegravir for HIV infection to provide reference for the next academic and clinical study of DTG in China.
