气相色谱法测定化妆品中的乙二醇和二甘醇 被引量:6

摘要 为建立化妆品中乙二醇和二甘醇的气相色谱分析方法,采用DB-624色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3μm),样品经甲醇超声提取后,用火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度280℃,采用分流进样,分流比5︰1,进样量1μL,程序升温方式分离,外标法测定乙二醇和二甘醇的含量。结果发现,乙二醇和二甘醇在10~200mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9999。平均回收率分别为93.0%~101.2%和92.8%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.60%~2.32%和0.86%~3.27%。该方法准确、可靠,可用于化妆品中乙二醇和二甘醇的检测。 To establish a method for determination of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in cosmetics by gas chromatography,the sample was extracted with methanol and then analyzed by gas chromatography coupled flame ionization detector with a DB-624 capillary column(30 m × 0.53 mm × 3 μm). The inlet temperature was 250 ℃ and the detector temperature was 280 ℃.The split sampling was applied with an optimized split ratio at 5/1 and the sample load was 1 μL. The components of interest were separated under a temperature program. The concentration of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the sample were quanti?ed by external standard method. The results showed that a good linearity at the concentration range of 10 to 200 mg/L was obtained for both ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol with correlation coeficients of 0.9992 and 0.9999, respectively. The recoveries were 93.0% to 101.2% and 92.8% to 101.3%, the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.60% to 2.32% and 0.86%to 3.27% based on the concentration of components. The method is accurate and reliable, which can be applied to detect ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in cosmetics.
