教师教育MOOC促进教育均衡发展的适用性研究 被引量:4

摘要 世界各国的教育发展水平参差不齐,建设一支高素质的教师队伍是提高教育教学质量和促进教育均衡发展的关键,而信息与通讯技术的运用可以视为教师教育在路径和策略上的突破。近年来,以MOOC为代表的新一代远程教育模型脱颖而出,为教育均衡发展的实现带来希望。为了真正发挥教师教育MOOC对教育均衡发展的促进作用,需要从MOOC种类、培训项目和项目实施等方面明确理论层面的适用性。为了检验教师教育MOOC在实践领域的适用性,有必要厘清具体的教师教育类型和层级,并对在不同种类和层级教师教育中MOOC的应用情况进行介绍和评估。在我国农村和边远地区的特殊环境中,需要从技术支持层面检验教师教育MOOC的适用性。来自美国的幼儿教师教育MOOC可以提供诸多的启示和借鉴。 Education development level of the world is varied. To build a team of high-quality teachers is the key to improving teaching quality and promoting the balanced development of education. The use of information and communication technology can be regarded as a breakthrough in teacher education in path and strategy. In recent years, the web - based distance education model of a new generation represented by MOOC has emerged , bringing hope for the implementation of the balanced development of education. In order to really give full play to the role of promoting the balanced development in education through teacher education MOOC, the applicability should be definitely defined at the theoretical level from the aspects of the MOOC type, training projects and project implementation. In order to check teacher education MOOC applicability in practice, it is necessary to clarify the specific type and level of teacher education, and introduce and evaluate the application of MOOC in different kinds and at different levels of teacher education. In the special situation in China's rural and remote areas, MOOC technical requirements and the appropriateness for teacher education should also be checked. American preschool teacher education MOOC can provide lots of inspiration and reference.
