Brief Analysis on Spot Inspection and Maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment in Coking Enterprises

焦化企业作为化工板块的一部分,机电设备的点检及维护工作对于生产设备的安全运行起到了关键性的作用。运用传统的点检方式已远远不能满足当前机电设备的维护点检工作,必须采取一些新的措施来应对当前面临的问题。从点检方式,隐患治理,治理后期三个方面提出新的措施,从而有效的弥补了传统点检维护工作所带来的不足,对于其他行业机电设备点检与维护工作具有一定的参考意义。

As a part of chemical industry, the spot check and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment play a key role in the safe operation of production equipment.The traditional spot check method is far from enough to satisfy the current maintenance of electromechanical equipment.New measures are put forward from three aspects of spot check method, hidden danger treatment and late treatment, which can effectively make up for the deficiencies brought by the traditional spot check maintenance work and has certain reference significance for the electrical and mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance work in other industries.
