摘要
本文分析了教师专业发展的知识结构及现实需求,借助校内"L-D-D-R-C"和校外"G-S-L-S"发展共同体,通过教师教育信息中心打造一个专属平台、一个特藏室、一个云课堂、一个行知空间,构建校内校外、职前职后相结合的立体化服务模式。该模式将打破基础教育学校教师专业发展资源不足的困窘,促进职前、职后专业发展各阶段的衔接与融合,提升图书馆数字化服务能力。
This paper analyzes knowledge structure and practical needs of teachers professional development, with the help of "L-D-D-R-C" on campus and "G-S-L-S" development community outside school, and through the teacher education information center to create an exclusive platform, a special library, a cloud classroom,a knowledge space, building a three-dimensional service model combining on-campus and off-campus, pre-vocational and post-employment posts. This model will break the embarrassment of insufficient resources for professional development of teachers in basic education schools and promote the convergence and integration of pre-service and post-professional development stages. It can improve digital service capabilities of library.
