Research on Development of the Four in one of University Library Service in the New Era

本文针对我国高校图书馆学科服务存在的人力资源和管理效能分配不平衡、服务模式转变和内容开发不充分等矛盾,提出了坚持"服务需求、提高质量"为主线,将新矛盾转化为学科服务发展新动力,构建基于制度体系完善、人才团队建设、服务模式转变、嵌入式服务内容拓展与深化四位一体的学科服务发展体系,以期为新时代高校图书馆转型发展与创新升级提供有效助力。

Based on the existing human resources of university library subject service and management efficiency of the distribution imbalance, inadequate service model and content development of conflict, this paper adheres to take the "service requirements, improve quality" as the main line, converts new contradictions to service development momentum, builds four in-one service development system based on the perfect system, talent team construction, service pattern transformation, embedded service content expansion and deepening the integration of the subject, hopes to provide effective help for the transformation development and innovation in the new era of university library.
