Research on Problems of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Training Base Co-construction and Corresponding Countermeasures

校企合作共建实训基地对培养技术技能型人才具有显著效果,对推进教育教学改革、实现学生技能与企业要求的对接具有重要意义。深入分析目前校企合作过程中存在的普遍问题,并在优化资源提升人才培养质量、完善机制推动校企合作可持续发展等方面进行探讨。

The school-enterprise cooperation in training base co-construction has prominent effect on technical talents cultivation and it is also of great significance to promote teaching reform and realize the connection between students’ skills and enterprises’ demand. This paper deeply analyzes the current existing problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation and discusses the way to improve talents cultivation quality and perfect cooperation mechanism for sustainable development.
