思政教学中培育高职生工匠精神的研究

Study on the Craftsman's Spirit Cultivation for Higher Vocational College Students in Ideological and Political Education

高等职业院校是培养大国工匠的摇篮,而思想政治教育则是培育高职学生工匠精神的主要阵地。工匠精神培育与高职思政教育在职业道德教育内容、价值观导向和政治观教育上具有内在一致性,但是在二者一致性的基础上,思想政治教育对工匠精神培育具有引领和理论支撑的作用。注重思想政治教育对高职生工匠精神的培育,既需要在思想政治理论课中融入工匠精神培育的内容,又需要发挥思想政治教育工作者等榜样示范的作用,还需要创设有利于涵养工匠精神的思想政治教育氛围。

The higher vocational colleges are the cradle of cultivating great nation craftsmen and the ideological and political education is the main position for higher vocational college students in craftsman’s spirit cultivation.The ideological and political education and craftsman’s spirit cultivation have the internal consistency in the contents of professional ethics education,the value orientation and the political value conception,but on the basis of their existing consistency,the ideological and political education plays a leading and theoretical role in craftsman’s spirit cultivation. Great attention should be paid to craftsman’s spirit cultivation for students in higher vocational colleges which should not only include craftsman’s spirit in ideological and political theory courses,exert the function of model demonstration,but also create a political education atmosphere conducive to craftsman’s spirit cultivation.
