摘要
采用Solid Works软件建立了气力式松土播种机松土铲的三维几何模型,根据松土铲的安装位置和材料建立有限元模型,通过Solid Works Simulation软件对松土铲进行了有限元分析,得到应力分布、变形和安全系数。结果表明,铲尖和铲柄的强度、刚度能够达到设计要求,为松土铲的设计提供了理论依据。
3D model of loosening-soil shovel of pneumatic scarify seeder was created by using SolidWorks,finite element model based on installing position and material was built,and finite element analysis on loosening-soil shovel was carried out with Solid- Works Simulation.Distortion,stress and security coefficient of loosening-soil shaft and tine point were obtained.Results showed that strength and stiffness of tine point and shovel shaft met design requirements.Results could provide reference for loosening-soil shovel design in future.
