科普人才科普能力提升的培训课程建构及实施策略 被引量:4

摘要 文章首先根据已有的文献梳理,厘清了科普人才的概念,基于舒尔曼的教师学科教学知识的理论,构建了科普人才的知识结构。在此基础上,结合泰勒的课程开发理论,分别从课程目标、课程内容、课程组织及课程评价四个方面初步构建了科普人才培训课程的框架,并提出线上线下相结合、理论性课程与实践性课程相结合及受训科普人才配套政策的培训课程实施策略。通过科普人才的科普能力提升的课程培训,以期打造一批在行业内、区域内具有一定引领示范作用的科普人才。
