全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶配方优化设计

摘要 对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶配方进行优化设计。结果表明:通过配方优化,提高全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶的含胶率,调整硫化体系并使用抗硫化返原剂,胎肩垫胶的压缩生热降低、疲劳寿命延长,轮胎的高速和耐久性能提高,肩空、肩裂质量问题得到解决。 The design of the shoulder wedge for truck and bus radial tire was optimized. The results showed that,by increasing the rubber content,adjusting the vulcanization system and using the antireversion agent in the shoulder wedge,the compression heat build-up of the shoulder wedge was reduced,the compression fatigue life of the shoulder wedge was prolonged,the high speed performance and endurance of the tire were improved,and the tire defects such as shoulder separation and shoulder cracking were reduced.
