摘要 目的:评价不同生长年限及生长方式唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.种子质量。方法:测定唐古特大黄种子性状、水分、净度、千粒重、发芽率、发芽势、生活力,采用person相关性分析各指标之间的相关性,采用K-均值聚类法,以千粒重、发芽率、净度为指标对13批唐古特大黄种子进行初步质量分级。结果:13批唐古特大黄种子可分为三级,合格率为84.61%,有两批野生种子不合格。栽培唐古特大黄种子质量三年生较两年生要好。结论:栽培唐古特大黄种子较野生唐古特大黄种子质量易于控制,栽培年限对唐古特大黄种子质量有影响。 Objective: To evaluate the seed quality of Rheum tanguticum of different growth years and growth patterns.Method: The seeds’ characteristics, clarity, water content, thousand kernel weight, germination rate, germination potential, seed viability and seed vigor were tested. The correlation among each index was analyzed by Person correlation analysis. And K-means center clustering method was adopted to preliminarily classify the quality of 13 batches of Rheum tanguticum seeds based on results of clarity, germination rate and thousand kernel weight. Result: 13 batches of Rheum tanguticum seeds were divided into three grades with a pass rate of 84.61%. 2 batches of wild seeds were unqualified. The quality of cultivated Rheum tanguticum seeds of three years was better than that of two years. Conclusion: The quality of cultivated Rheum tanguticum seeds is easier to control than that of wild Rheum tanguticum seeds. The cultivation period has an effect on the quality of Rheum tanguticum seeds.
