抗骨增生片的制备工艺研究

Study on the preparation technology of Kangguzengsheng tablets

目的:对抗骨增生片的制备工艺进行优化。方法:以鸡血藤药材的出粉率、出膏率、淫羊藿苷的含量为观察指标,通过选择煎煮工艺中的加水倍数、药材出膏率、浓缩和干燥工艺,优化抗骨增生片的制备工艺。结果:经过优化,最终得到的抗骨增生片的最佳制备工艺如下:首先将鸡血藤1/2处方量的药材粉碎成细粉,再将剩余的鸡血藤药材与剩余的熟地黄等六味药材加6倍量的水,总共煎煮两次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,将煎出的药液滤过,将两次的滤液进行合并,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.22～1.24(60℃)的稠膏,再将上述鸡血藤粉末加入并混合,干燥,粉碎,加入适量的辅料,将粉末及辅料混匀,进行制粒和干燥,压制成1000片,包糖衣,即得抗骨增生片成品。结论:经过优化的制备工艺方法简便、可行。

Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Kangguzengsheng tablets. Method: In order to optimize the preparation technology of Kangguzengsheng tablets, powder extraction rate, yield rate of Jixueteng and icariin content were used as indicators, and the dosage of water, paste yield, concentration and drying process in the decocting process were optimized.Result: The optimal preparation process of Kangguzengsheng tablets was as follows: 1/2 prescription dosage of Jixueteng was crushed into powder, then the remaining Jixueteng and the other six herbs was added 6 times amount of water. All of them were decocted for 3 hours for the first time and 2 hours for the second time. After filtration of liquids, all of the filtrate were combined and vacuum condensed to paste with relative density of 1.22~1.24(60℃). The powder of Jixueteng was mixed, dried and smashed with them. Proper amount of auxiliary materials were mixed to make granulation which were dried and pressed into 1000 tablets which were coated with sugar. Conclusion:The optimum extraction technology and formation technology are simple and feasible.
