三级处方点评在实际工作中的应用及效果

The application and effect of “Three-level prescription review” in practical work

目的:通过三级处方点评模式,提高医院处方质量。方法:采用回顾性方法,对2018年我院连续100天的门诊处方进行点评,统计不合理处方并进行分析。结果:对2018连续100天处方41732张进行三级处方点评,不合理处方531张(占1.27%)。医院临床用药逐步规范合理。结论:三级处方点评模式有很多的优势,完善处方点评制度,提高药师干预处方的能力,使临床用药更加安全、有效和经济。

Objective:Through the"Three-level prescription review"to improve the quality of hospital prescription.Method:Retrospectively method was adopted to review the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital for consecutive 100 days in2018 and analyze unreasonable prescriptions.Result:In a hundred consecutive days,there were 41732 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital with 531 unreasonable prescriptions(1.27%).The clinical medication was gradual standard and reasonableness in our hospital.Conclusion:There are many advantages in"Three-level prescription review".Prescription review system should be optimized and prescription intervention by pharmacists should be improved to ensure safe,effective and economic medication.
