改革开放四十年来,内蒙古高校马克思主义学科建设从无到有,现阶段已有了长足的发展。在过去的"十二五"时期在学术队伍建设、科学研究、人才培养等方面都取得了显著成绩,切实提高了思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。在"十三五"时期内蒙古各高校要继续推动马克思主义理论学科的全面发展,形成以学科带头人、教授为主,老中青结合的学科队伍内核,奠定学科建设的坚实基础;以创新为核心,以改革为动力,重视学科的可持续发展,全面提高学科建设质量;构建完善的学科体系,注重学科规范制度建设,明确学科的内涵,把高校建成马克思主义的坚强阵地,为繁荣我国哲学社会科学贡献力量。
