当今社会经济发展转结构调方式,工业技术创新日益增强,管理越来越精细化,不断追求精益与高效。在该时代背景下,火电厂电力设备检修管理应创新理念,积极进行探索与尝试,转变传统模式,顺应科技的发展,管理的潮流。结合状态检修多年的发展历程,现阶段状态检修理念与模式逐渐被业界认同与接受,推动与深化状态检修的开展,逐步实现智能维修,建设智慧电厂将是设备管理的方向,电力发展的潮流。

Currently,social and economic development has shifted the structure of industries.Industrial innovation has been increasing,management has become more and more refined,and pursuing lean and efficient.Under this situation,thermal power plants should be innovative in electrical equipment maintenance,try actively to change the traditional mode,conform to the development of science and technology,and the trend of management.Combined with the history of condition based maintenance for many years,the current concept of condition based maintenance and mode at this stage have been recognized and accepted by the industry,which has promoted and deepened the development of condition based maintenance.Intelligence maintenance will be achieved.This paper suggests that the building of smart power plant should be the trend of power equipment.
