劳动力市场分割与大城市“剩女”

摘要 大城市"剩女"现象的产生具有多重原因,这其中劳动力市场的分割及其带来的社会保障、职业稳定、薪酬的差异是"剩女"存在的重要因素。大城市"剩女"现象的出现一方面说明女性的独立性和社会地位的提高,另一方面,也不利于女性个体身心健康和社会安定。"剩女"存在使得育龄女性的减少更加剧我国少子化和老龄化进程,加重我国人口结构失衡。应对这一问题既需逐步建立起统一的劳动力市场与公平的社保体系,也应该全面放开生育政策。 there are multiple reasons for the phenomenon of "leftover women" in big cities, among which the division of the labor market and the resulting differences in social security, career stability and salary are important factors for the existence of "leftover women". On the one hand, the phenomenon of "leftover women" in big cities indicates the improvement of women's independence and social status;on the other hand, it is not conducive to the physical and mental health of individual women and social stability. The existence of "leftover women" makes the decrease of childbearing age women, which aggravates the process of China's childless and aging, and aggravates the imbalance of China's population structure. To deal with this problem, we should not only gradually establish a unified labor market and a fair social security system, but also fully open the birth policy.
