经营性"教学车间"是高校实践教学载体的市场化组织形式。商科经营性"教学车间"的功能分为基本功能和衍生功能。基本功能是承担实践教学和开展实体经营;衍生功能是承接相关业务培训,为行业、企业提供咨询和项目研发等服务,以及在校园文化和企业文化建设等方面发挥积极作用。基于"JD.AS"校园孵化中心的运营实践,其不仅肩负着职业体验平台、职业素养养成平台、教学科研平台、产品和教材研发以及经济创收等基本功能,还发挥着行业服务、文化建设、社会实践等多种衍生功能。由于利益相关者的利益诉求不同,经营性"教学车间"的持续运营面临挑战,影响并制约了"教学车间"功能的发挥和拓展。应健全经营性"教学车间"的运营和管理机制,协调好两类功能之间的关系,实现高校教学链精准对接企业经营链。
