技工院校学生多元智能状况实证分析——以江苏省常州技师学院为例

摘要 技工院校的学生通常在受教育的过程中会表现出种种不良的群体特点,给学生教育管理工作带来困惑和挑战。通过引入多元智能理论,制定量表并施测,发现教育对象整体和个体在语言表达、数理逻辑、视觉空间、音乐、身体运动、人际关系、自我内省、自然观察等八个方面所潜藏的智能,以及不同智能之间既相互独立又相互联系。从样本的不同方面比较技工院校学生多元智能的差异,为学生开展个性化教育和运用多种智能提高解决问题的综合能力提供了可能,对技工院校学生的能力培养、素质养成具有重要的现实作用和长远意义。 Students in technical colleges usually show a variety of undesirable group characteristics in the process of education, which brings confusion and challenges to students’ education and management. By introducing the theory of multiple intelligences, the scale was developed and tested. The test found that the intelligence hidden in the eight aspects of language expression, mathematical logic, visual space, music, body movement, interpersonal relationship, self-introspection and natural observation, as well as the relationship between different intelligences were independent and interrelated. It is possible for students to carry out individualized education and apply multiple intelligences to improve their comprehensive ability to solve problems by comparing the differences of students’ multiple intelligences from different aspects of samples. It has important realistic and long-term significance for students’ ability training and quality cultivation in technical colleges.
