中高职衔接资源共享共建路径研究——以唐山市中高职衔接院校为例

Research on the Path of Resource Sharing and Construction between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education——Taking Tangshan Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

近年来中高职的衔接大多停留在招生层面,大量的优质资源得不到充分利用。共享经济的发展为中高职衔接提供了新的理念和思路,资源共享本质上是利益的共享。中高职双方如何在"3+2"项目实施过程中突破维持在招生层面上的合作,进入到资源共享共建的深度合作,实现从利益差异的"合作"到共享整体利益最大化的"融合",使资源配置的整体效率达到最高,从而实现双赢的目的,是问题的关键。本文从中高职衔接存在的具体问题入手,针对问题,提出了相应的解决思路、策略和路径。

Most of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education only stays at the level of enrollment, a large number of high-quality resources in secondary and higher vocational education can not be fully utilized in recent years. The development of sharing economy provides a new idea and train of thought for the connection between middle and higher vocational schools. In essence, resource sharing is the sharing of interests. This paper focuses on how to break through the cooperation only maintained at the enrollment level in the implementation of the "3+2" project between the secondary and higher vocational schools, and how to go deep into the cooperation of resource sharing and co-construction so as to realize the "integration" from the "cooperation" of different interests to the maximization of the overall benefit sharing, so as to maximize the overall efficiency of resource allocation and achieves a win-win goal. Starting from the concrete problems existing in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions, strategies and paths.
