近期,在各项去产能政策陆续推进实施,新会计准则相继颁布的背景下,准确解读各项政策内涵,正确运用会计手段,高质高效完成各项工作,是当前新形势下对煤炭企业财会工作提出的新要求。为此,根据开滦集团公司部分单位财务工作的现状,研究了提升财会工作素质的内容和保障措施,以满足集团公司转型发展需求。
