产后大出血急诊介入治疗临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Emergency interventional Treatment for Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨给予产后大出血患者急诊介入治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2016年2月-2018年3月在本院接受急诊救治的18例产后大出血患者作为对象,给予急诊介入治疗,分析患者救治效果。结果:18例患者止血均一次性获得成功,13例患者术后再无出血现象;所有患者经救治住院7～14d后均可顺利成员,无患者死亡;治疗后,有2例患者出现臀部麻木、胀痛症状,1例出现食欲减退、恶心呕吐症状,3例患者出现发热症状,2例患者出现腹痛症状,给予对症处理后,患者相关症状均获得良好改善。结论:给予产后大出血患者急诊动脉栓塞介入治疗,可获得更理想止血效果,成功率高,且术后并发症较少,有助于患者获得更快恢复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of emergency interventional treatment for postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods:Eighteen patients with postpartum hemorrhage who received emergency treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects and given emergency interventional treatment to analyze the effect of treatment.Results:18 patients were successful in stopping bleeding at one time,and 13 patients had no bleeding after operation.All patients were able to smoothly join the hospital after 7 to 14 days of treatment,and no patient died.After treatment,2 patients had symptoms of numbness and distention of buttocks,1 patient had symptoms of anorexia,nausea and vomiting,3 patients had symptoms of fever,and 2 patients had symptoms of abdominal pain.After symptomatic treatment ,the related symptoms of the patients all improved well.Conclusion:Emergency arterial embolization and interventional treatment for postpartum hemorrhage patients can achieve better hemostasis effect with high success rate and fewer postoperative complications,which is helpful for patients to recover faster.
