摘要
基线/阐释理论是近年来认知语法研究的核心课题。本文分析基线/阐释的概念和组织特点,探究其在语音、形态、小句、语篇、语言系统及功能6个层面的应用,并评述其理论意义和展望其研究前景。本文认为,基线/阐释理论的意义体现在增强认知语法理论的概括性、提升认知语法的解释力以及拓宽认知语法的研究范围等方面。就基线/阐释理论的研究前景而言,未来将朝着理论验证和完善、跨语言研究方向发展。
The Baseline/Elaboration Theory is the central issue of Cognitive Grammar in recent years. This article sketches the basic concepts and organizational characteristics of Baseline/Elaboration, summarizes its applications at such levels of language as phonetics, morphology, clause, discourse, system and function, and makes an analysis of its theoretical significance and research prospect. The article holds that the significance is manifested in three aspects: the consolidation of the generalization, the enhancement of the explanatory force of Cognitive Grammar and the broadening of its application range. As for the research on Baseline/Elaboration Theory in the future, it will be broadened along the verification and consummation of this theory and cross-language investigation.
