摘要
氧化锌(ZnO)作为养猪业常用饲料添加剂,可以缓解断奶应激对仔猪肠黏膜屏障的损伤,同时降低仔猪腹泻率,提高断奶仔猪生长性能。高剂量ZnO在断奶仔猪上的应用已十分普遍,但长期使用会抑制仔猪的后期生长,且ZnO在仔猪肠道内消化率低,易随粪便排出造成环境污染。因此,研究开发绿色新型ZnO已成为畜牧行业研究的热点问题。文章综述了断奶仔猪的胃肠道生理特点、ZnO对断奶仔猪的作用机制及新型ZnO在断奶仔猪上的应用,以期为ZnO的应用和新型ZnO的研究提供参考。
As a common feed additive for pigs, zinc oxide (ZnO) can alleviate the damage of weaning stress on pig intestinal mucosal barrier, reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets and improve the growth performance of weaned piglets. The application of high-dose ZnO in weaned pigs was very common, but long-term use will inhibit the late growth of piglets, and ZnO has low digestibility in the intestinal tract of piglets, which was easy to cause environmental pollution with feces. Therefore, research and development of green new ZnO becomes a hot issue in the livestock industry. This article reviews the gastrointestinal physiology of weaned piglets, the mechanism of action of ZnO on weaned piglets and the application of new ZnO in weaned piglets, so as to provide the theoretical support for the application and study of new ZnO.
