几种蛋白质饲料原料和配合饲料氨基酸组成的调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 饲料中氨基酸组成及其稳定性是评定蛋白质饲料原料和配合饲料蛋白质品质的重要指标。调查收集来自湖北省及周边各地样品(鱼粉211份、肉粉121份、DDGS 22份和仔猪前期配合料37份、混养鱼料133份),分析测定了17种氨基酸(AA)含量,并将饲料原料中限制性氨基酸与中国饲料数据库中数据进行比对。调查结果显示,鱼粉AA含量合格率达到100%,肉粉AA含量合格率为86.78%,DDGS的AA含量合格率较差。混养鱼料中赖氨酸水平(1.77±0.51)%,占鱼料总氨基酸(8.5±0.5)%;仔猪前期配合料赖氨酸水平(1.12±0.39)%,占仔猪前期配合料总氨基酸(7.0±1.0)%。调查结果表明,被检的鱼粉和肉粉具有较高的AA合格率。 The composition and stability of amino acids in feed is an important index for evaluating protein quality of protein feed ingredients and compound feed. This survey collected samples from Hubei Province and around Hubei region(211 samples of fish meal, 121 samples of meat power, 22 samples of DDGS, 37 samples of compound feed for early piglets and 133 samples of compound feed for mixed feed fish). The content of 17 amino acids(AA) was analyzed, and the limited amino acids in feed ingredients were compared with the database of China feed ingredients.The investigation showed that the qualified rate of AA in fish meal was 100%, and the rate of AA content in meat powder was 86.78%, and the AA content of DDGS was poor. The lysine level of the fish feed was(1.77±0.51)%, which accounted for(8.5±0.5)% in the total amino acid of the fish feed, and the lysine level for the early stage of piglet feed was(1.12±0.39)%, which accounted for(7.0±1.0)% in the total amino acid of the piglets feed. The fish meal and meat powder tested showed high qualified rate of AA.
